Luigi is a perfect host and you also get a spotlessly clean room, great breakfast, easy parking and the BEST location!

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, good range of breakfast choices, the person who provided us with the breakfast was lovely.
Our toilet kept refilling continuously and so, as the staff had left for the day, we Googled how to fix it ourselves on the first night. We let the staff know in the morning and they also showed us how to stop it from running and said they’d let the owner know. We had to manually stop it running for the duration of our stay which was only a minor inconvenience.

The location is good, the room is big and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good.
It's a bit noisy. Also, the bed isn't very comfortable.

Decent location. Big croissant for breakfast.
Very bright room due to thin curtain. No blanket or any top bedding other than a sheet. Dark stairs/corridor to enter property. Bit unsafe. One single pillow. Dirty shelves. Dirty walls at end of bed. Shower curtain far too long. Gross.
