Well situated with a short distance to major sights. Quiet with no associated road/street noise. The staff were very accommodation with recommendations, served us coffee in the mornings with breakfast and allowed use of the washing machine in the AM with a drying rack.
Supplied 1 toilet roll for 3 people, had to request more which is Ok but feel more could have been originally supplied.
The triple room suite has no main lighting in it (we could only find a switch to lights hanging directly above the main bed) which meant the rest of the room was quite dark
The loft bed is very firm and the air conditioning does not reach to there/kept switching off which meant it was very hot all night for our third guest who ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

The location was a great starting point for all the major sites and great for local experience. The staff were so nice and breakfast was good.
Didn’t realize it was two staircases up and we had a heavy bag, but that was only once up the stairs.

Good location within Florence, a really great room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and spacious.
The showering facilities were great, the included breakfast was lovely and the staff were great too.

The location was perfect and the hosts were really friendly.
Unfortunately the rooms were tiny and the bed was quite small for a double bed. There was no proper light in the room except a lamp.
