The staff were amazing - totally unconnected to the hostel, my phone was stolen. The lady on reception was so kind and let me make an international call while trying to sort everything out. The entire hostel is so clean, there's real effort put into the maintenance of the place. I really liked this hostel.

Amazing location

Clean sheets and bathrooms, air conditioning, comfortable beds. Ideal location if you want to be in the centre. The kitchen had a great space for cooking and eating.

Lockers are difficult to open, and require larger padlocks to lock properly. Bathrooms also flooded a bit. Some power points were also quite hard to keep plugs in due to damage.

Good accomodation for that price

You can still use kitchen and luggage room after your checkput till 00.00. The staff is very kind. There are lots of place to sit and eat.

Definitely a budget hostel, it’s a bed and that’s about it.

Good location, easy to find.

Very dirty bathroom, long term luggage storage was so sketchy and unsafe. No food options. Staff is just there but not really welcoming. Rooms are awkwardly situated.

Alright for a day or two with light/no luggage but wouldn't recommend longer

The location was good, you could pretty much walk everywhere and it was fairly nearby the river, plus plenty of buses to take you to the main station/trams. Also appreciate the 3am-6am curfew, nice to know people won't be coming in at weird hours and turning on lights and such.

So this is fine for a night or two if you want to see the city on limited time and want the ease of getting around walking everywhere, but wouldn't recommend it longer than that. Female bathroom floors were wet (just a curtain covering each), there were at least three guys in the female bathroom in the morning, and there was no tissue the first time I went to use the toilet. No lift, so you'll be carrying any luggage up stairs. You'll have to pay for a night light and/or a towel, though credit where credit is due, it's just 1e each and a 5e returnable deposit, which is actually pretty good. Think there might've been a club somewhere nearby, based on the noise, but it wasn't too bad. Very much a younger crowd sort of vibe, they have like 'no loitering by the door past midnight' signs, people coming in and turning on the lights at 1am, etc. I'd asked for a ground bunk under special requests, they said they'd try and then when I got in were like, they're assignable (so they could've reserved me a bottom) but we didn't assign you a bottom one and now it's too late bc you're the last in. So guess they just straight up forgot the request and agreeing to it. Like, if I'd known it was dependent on how early I got in then I 'd have come earlier, why tell me they'll handle it and then fail to when they actually could. Also, you'll have to put your own sheets on, which isn't the worst but if you're coming in late and tired and in the dark, not great. Small things but all added up was just annoying, especially given I'd just spent four days in a dif hostel that was a bit further out but cost 30% less and had none of these issues (tho it'd had a private bathroom so I guess that's not comparable).

Barebones place, good location, it works for the price.

Location was good, though it's on the other side of the river from main attractions such as the Academia Gallery and more. Close to the Piazzale Michelangelo though! Room was packed with 12 people I think, but had 4 showers and 2 toilets in the room so that was not an issue. Lockers in the room were inconveniently positioned, all lockers were in 1 corner of the room so you have to squeeze there. They provide just a bed, sheets, 2 power sockets near the bed, a locker (bring your own padlock), and the toilets. No other items were provided for free, but you can rent a padlock, pay for washing and drying etc.

The showerheads can be better, currently the water shoots out to the side so if you hang clothes or towels by the door, it will get wet.

Good - central, clean and friendly staff

The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was really okay for a dorm room, and the shared kitchen area was nice! You get bedsheets to cover the beds which was great! The location was also good - close to major attractions and only a 15 minutes walk from the train station. A plus for the lockers in the room!

The bathroom didn't´t have a door so during the night all the sounds echoed into the bedroom (the smell also went into the dorm room). There were quite a lot of steep stairs, the wifi didn't work that well and there were no individual lights for the beds (you could rent one though). Otherwise it was good.

Good location, super near to all main sights. Available kitchen. Comfy bed with power sockets nearby. Locker in room.

You have to make your own bed and take the linen to and from reception. Towel cost extra. Bathrooms were too far away from the room.

The location

The hostel was really old and dirty. There was no area where you could comfortably chill and meet other people. The bathrooms were dirty and there was a lot of mold inside the showers. The air was really musty throughout the whole hostel. In addition, the mattresses were totally worn out. This was by far the worst hostels we have ever stayed, especially for the price.
