Great location and staff were very helpful. Greeted me at the property and was very welcoming.
Getting a taxi from there to the station was a bit tricky. Looks like taxis don’t like to go over the other side of the bridge so much. Even with the recommended taxi App, I still couldn’t get a booking. Factor that in time wise when leaving.

The location is great, far enough away from the hustle of the city center, but close enough to reach everything on foot. It's easy to reach by taxi (and probably busses, but I couldn't figure out their schedules). The hosts are very welcoming and communicative and were responsive to any questions I had. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom clean. The room was serviced every day, with drinks and snacks replenished, which was a nice surprise. The shower, and bathroom in general, are very spacious.
There is this one cabinet in the bathroom, under the sink, that opens and closes with a push system. Unfortunately, it is so sensitive that when you lean in too close to the mirror and every so slightly dip your legs against it, it opens. That was annoying after one day, as it happened quite a lot and since there is no magnifying mirror, you do not have other options to get a close up of your face but leaning in.

The property was close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, but across the river. Still it was a good location, where the Duomo roof was visible from my little window.
All the amenities were there, a good dryer, a handy steamer, maid service daily, toiletries to last the entire stay. Having a fully functional kitchen was an added bonus for those hectic days when going out to eat was too much.
Also, communication was easy and prompt.
There’s one window in a corner by the bathroom, so the view was inconvenient.
Everything else was nice!
