Carlotta is an amazing host and went out of her way to give me information on city events happening during my stay. She also prepared a delicious breakfast each morning! The Borgo lets guests access bottles of cold water, coffee, tea and fruit anytime. I thought that was a very classy touch. Its located at the heart of downtown so perfect to walk to practically anywhere you'd want to.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I would recommend and stay here again. Absolutely beautiful. Betina was amazing and took such great care of me. The hotel is well designed. Bathroom gorgeous. Great Location.

This is the perfect hotel if you like small, cosy places rather than large group hotels. Ideally located in a quiet side street, the rooms are beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. Carlotta was so hospitable, she made us a delicious breakfast and was happy for us to arrive early and leave our cases on our last day before we left in the afternoon. We will definitely be going back.
