We loved the location. It’s was just around the corner from the Uffizi. There was a little coffee shop steps from the door that was always busy and had the most delicious cappuccino and pastries. It took three keys to enter our room which added a secure feeling.

The location was ideal, situated right in the city center. The bed sheets were sparkling clean, and the bathroom featured a new shower and amenities. The room itself was a good size.

Customer service was virtually nonexistent. We arrived around 4:30 PM and found no one to greet us, as there was no front desk available. The rooms were located inside a residential building, leaving us uncertain if we were in the right place. We called the phone number provided by the property multiple times, but there was no answer. After sending a message through the booking app, we received a response asking us to wait 10 minutes for the property owner to arrive. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes before gaining access to our accommodations. A similar lack of communication occurred during checkout. Furniture was a bit outdated. Parking information provided to us was incorrect.

Great location and room. Clean.
