7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Nice location, spacious room, bed comfortable. Extra pillows available in room so no need to ask for it. Room cleaned in the morning, shower gels etc refilled.
Stairs to flat was not issue for us, but might be for elderly or families with buggies. Would’ve been nice to have mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water on arrival. TV only had italian channels on it, no streaming services.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The location is great! Very close to the Uffizi and Duomo and multiple restaurants. Our room was very clean and Sylvie (hostess) was super nice. She took the time to provide a map and to point out key locations that may be of interest. And, I truly appreciated the air conditioning, since it was 97 each day we were there.
The stairs were a challenge with luggage and after long days of walking around Florence. Also, the heat didn’t help either :)

Great location with very spacious room. Easy self check in and great coffee.

The location was absolutely perfect for a tourist. You could easily walk to all of the landmarks.
Communication was lacking: we had no idea how to enter the building (apparently you needed a code that wasn’t given to us). The only reason we got in was someone who lived there let us in because we buzzed everyone. No one greeted us until I messaged Sylvia and she told us to go to the 3rd floor. ( no elevator)— not good! By the way— it’s a bed and breakfast without the breakfast!!
