Peruzzi Urban Residences

The breakfast is excellent including the Capuccino! Chiara and the staff go above and beyond to accomodate reasonable requests. Roberta and Agostina went out of her way to help us with dining choices and anything we needed. The room was ready early when we arrived from the US.

We have stayed here for the 3rd time and are booked to go back again. Our experience with the WIFI is that it works better in some locations and can be intermittent.

I would like to express my appreciation to the hotel staff member Roberta. She has been very helpful during our stay, giving us a lot of useful information such as reservation of garage, recommendations of restaurants, and interesting activities in the area. I love that she spared time with us to talk about the historic centre of Florence when we checked in. The residence itself is centrally located and elegantly decorated. It has a very high ceiling that you feel so relaxed staying there. And many places of interests are within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh bakery and fruit juice. There was wine tasting in the dining room in the evening. But since we don’t drink, we didn’t join it. But I really appreciate their effort to introduce local delicacies to visitors. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Air con was very slow in bringing room to acceptable temperature Also shower difficult to get right temperature i suggest upgrading to thermostatic type

Fabulous location in a truly lovely old palazzo with a cute lift. Everything you could possibly neee. The staff were absolutely lovely - nothing was too much trouble and we felt like family.
