Location. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful room.
To get around inside the hotel is kind of confusing at the beginning because it is an old building, charming though.

good sized room. Had a kettle to enable us to make hot drinks. The bathroom was a decent size.
A nice quiet room. Fairly central for the Duomo etc.
The lift was rather compact, so a little claustrophobic. The toilet base leaked.
