Beautiful accommodation in Florence, (not a fan of the app experience though)

Great location, beautiful appartment.

The app was rubbish. I asked several questions and was told to contact the online team, which was the app and they didn't help at all. Why do companies think that a 'bot' will be any good at all.

Beautiful Palazzo

Beautiful, spacious, high ceilinged rooms, and wonderful remains of frescos. Great location a few minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. Helpful staff showed me the first aid kit in the amenity room after a minor cut. 24 hour amenity room to replenish tea, coffee etc.

The bathplug didn't fit well, kept coming out during baths! The kitchen facilities were a bit limited, the dishwasher had some problem where the tablet didn't dissolve, and there was no plug to hand-wash dishes in the sink. Generally very well appointed. No information about recycling, and chatbot could not assist. Found local bottle banks ourselves.

Clean and good mix of modern touches in an old-world building. Good amount of space and the free washer/dryer in the building was extremely useful. The staff were very responsive and helpful in answering questions we had, adjusting the number of people we had staying, and helping with the virtual check-in. Most importantly, the location is excellent! In a quieter area of Florence but still very close to all of the attractions.

The walk up the narrow flights of stairs was tough with all our luggage on the first day, but other than that first day we didn’t mind the stairs too much, just something to keep in mind.

Old world charm meets modern day comfort and convenience.

Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, plenty of place to spread out as a family of 5. Access to the basement communal washer/dryer was nice. Didn't cook much while there but the kitchenette had what we needed for simple meals.

We did not realize the address was within the ZTL and having a rental car, the kids and I had to walk the last 1km with all of our bags rather than hail a taxi while my husband took the car elsewhere.

The bathrooms are outdated, the bathtub in the bottom one was slippery,had to put a towel in there so we don’t fall. The top one had mould. The terrace wasn’t cleaned, was so dirty, so we didn’t use it. The AC in the main bedroom was noisy.

Perfect apartment for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable for a family of 5, clean and well maintained, thoughtful touches (water bottles, earplugs), iron & ironing board,, quality furnishings and decor. Well equipped kitchen, 2 and a half bathrooms. Great location.

Incredible stay in the most beautiful palazzo in the best location - we will be back!

The most beautiful authentic Italian palazzo with stunning frescoes in an ideal location. The children especially loved the ‘secret door’ leading to their bedroom. There was a great piazza around the corner with excellent restaurants and bars which was filled with locals at night creating a fantastic atmosphere. I am very particular about where we stay based on cleanliness, amenities, quality of furnishings, comfort and location, and this beautiful palazzo was perfect in every way. The WhatsApp communication was fantastic too and very prompt with seamless check in.

Perfect trip to Florence - looking forward to our next Numa stay.

Absolutely gorgeous villa in the Oltrarno - the quiet part of Florence, but only 1 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, 1 minute from Pitti/ Boboli, 10 minutes from Duomo. Vintage shops, antiques, hip bars, local trattorias all around. Friendly and easy communication with Numa hosts. Air conditioning a bonus! Shutters close at night to keep out early morning light and most of the street noise. Will definitely use Numa again for stays throughout Europe.

I thought we booked one of the frescoed rooms, but our room was all white-washed. Absolutely lovely room, though.

Perfect location for a visit to Florence

Even though it was not quite what we expected (the 2nd bedroom actually being the entrance hall) it was in an ideal location & was excellent value for the money. We were on the 2nd floor & the number of steps we needed to climb mean it is definitely not a property for less mobile guests. We also found our neighbours noisy until late in the night. Not the fault of Numa, but may be a gentle reminder to show consideration to others. A few 'homely' touches needed in the main living space to make it more inviting would also help. Overall though, I would use the company again.

the accommodation was excellent. a wonderful studio, furniture, furnishings. of the nuances - you need to be prepared for the noise of the city, the apartments were on the first floor and everyone's rustling was very audible. also around the corner there are several bars and restaurants, at night young people had fun. separately before the trip, study the map of the movement around the city: there is a problem with parking and movement in a closed zone.

Good location, nice apartment

Location

It’s on the 3rd floor (2 piso) without elevator. The sofa bed is in the kitchen/living room and the extra bed on the corridor and some windows don’t have shutters so it’s very bright from the lights/sun that makes it hard to sleep. Fridge didn’t work properly and they said someone was coming to fix it but no one came.

Great location, smart property and very clean! Answered messages I sent very quickly which gave me lots of confidence.

Rooms were a good size. Comfy beds.

63 steps up to it (no lift) One room had a bed on a mezzanine level right near the roof and the aircon didn’t reach so it was very very hot to sleep there. The main bathroom shower was very small.

Electricity tripped on the first night - darkness and no warm water for the evening. No one to respond to this situation late in the eve. Received a response the next morning but would’ve appreciated to be informed that this would happen or shown us where to switch the electricity board back on.

Charming apartment in an ideal location.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is ideal; on a quiet street but within walking distance to many charming restaurants and all the main Florence attractions. The interiors are beautiful and well appointed. The kitchenette was ideal for making breakfast or a quick lunch for our family.

Fantastic apartment in a fabulous location.

Great property. Well equipped kitchenette, smallish serviceable bathrooms, comfortable beds. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the river and historic centre and amongst a great selection of eateries. The Lungarno Garage worked a treat, an easy walk less than 200 meters from the apartment.

The upper apartments are reached by stairs, not an issue for us but could be for others less fit. The apartment is on a narrow historic laneway (beautiful) and the sound bounces up so could be a problem for light sleepers.

Not a clean apartment and no service

The style of furniture was nice

They didn't clean the room or change towels for 3 days. No toilet paper provided. AC didn't work. My child got Bugs from walking on the rugs. The room is literally on the street. Over priced.

Disappointing

Apartment across the river close to all the attractions.

The apartment was not like the one I thought I was getting based on photos shown on booking.com. I thought I had reserved lovely apartment with frescos. The apartment we got had a very odd layout. The sofa was upstairs reachable by a metal circular staircase. Unusable in our situation. Kitchen table in the family area but nothing comfortable to sit on. We did have a very small "patio" but it was surrounded by walls, in a high circular courtyard with nothing to look at. We never used it. Not at all worth the high price we paid and a disappointing start to our vacation.
