Room was clean, spacious, and located across the street from the Pitti Palace and a short walk to all the main attractions. T
Breakfast was a limited to a croissant and coffee at a nearby cafe. This is room in a residential building. You need to contact the "renter" via WHATSAPP and they were 30 minutes late in meeting us for registration but were very nice and accommodating.

Servizio pessimo, Wi-Fi non funzionante in una stanza, dopo la prima notte nessuno ha fatto le pulizie ed hanno portato gli asciugamani puliti alle 17 (invece delle 14 come avevano detto)

La chambre est grande, propre, très bien située face au palais piti dans un bâtiment d'époque.
La salle de bain est mal conçue : l'eau de la douche tombe contre la paroi, la pomme de la douchette nous est restée entre les i, le cache de la chasse d'eau est décollé. L'option petit déjeuner se prend dans un café au coin de la rue : c'était bon mais la communication était difficile avec le personnel du café, donc difficile de comprendre ce qu'on pouvait prendre.
