Great location for a base to explore Florence, bed was comfy and bathroom very clean and nice. Host was extremely nice and helpful dealing with an issue caused by another guest locking us out of the property and even covered city fees as apology. Can’t fault their team, great people and great accommodation

Great location, opposite the Pitti Palace. A very comfortable room, beautifully presented.

The location (across from Pitti Palace and just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchio) was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. There was an in-room coffee maker.
There was no breakfast, only a discount to a cafe on the street. No food service of any kind. Minimal space for unpacking.
