Santo Spirito Venti - Design Rooms in Florence near Ponte Vecchio & Palazzo Pitti

Great location, very cozy, clean and with a comfortable bed!

The rooms was not big, just enough for two people. The mattress was really comfortable, the location is perfect, the breakfast caffee was also very good. All communication was through messenger, self check-in.

Lovely, clean, well furnished apartment in a beautiful part of Florence, within easy walking distance of the centre. Leonardo was extremely helpful and accommodating of my late arrival.

Modern, clean. Fairly good location.

Elevator instructions poor. There was an extra step after pushing the button of floor option. I tried all options of the extra step with no solution. As well the electric system was faulty. The card to insert that was to turn on/off the lights, also turns off the heat. It was ice cold in the apartment. The host said to pull out the card to turn off the lights, which turned off the heat. As well, luckily I had a flash light at the bedside so I could see in the dark to turn on the lights. Initially,I thought it was the remote to manage the thermastat. The host said he would reboot or reset? the remote the next day. But when I awakened, the remote was still blinking 00 and he never responded as to the cause and solution of the heating mechanism.
