Santo Spirito Venti - Design Rooms in Florence near Ponte Vecchio & Palazzo Pitti

Very spacious room and a great location! Only 70m from Babae wine window and there’s another cafe just downstairs for breakfast.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Florence. It was easy to walk from this location to see all the areas we had planned to see. If the places were further away, the bus location was just 3 minute walk way. The host was great and frequently checked in by text to make sure everything was good. The host gave clear instructions how to get into the secure building, including videos which were very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The host left coupons for a breakfast spot just down the street, so we walked down down there a couple of mornings. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

There was nothing that could have been better. This was a great place to stay in my opinion.

It was a good size. Bed was comfortable.

A bit of a walk for breakfast and still cost a lot more than the €7.50 given to us.

Modern, clean. Fairly good location.

Elevator instructions poor. There was an extra step after pushing the button of floor option. I tried all options of the extra step with no solution. As well the electric system was faulty. The card to insert that was to turn on/off the lights, also turns off the heat. It was ice cold in the apartment. The host said to pull out the card to turn off the lights, which turned off the heat. As well, luckily I had a flash light at the bedside so I could see in the dark to turn on the lights. Initially,I thought it was the remote to manage the thermastat. The host said he would reboot or reset? the remote the next day. But when I awakened, the remote was still blinking 00 and he never responded as to the cause and solution of the heating mechanism.
