The location was perfect. Really lovely area. Beautifully decorated and very friendly helpful staff.

There was a lounge where it was comfortable to sit but the light went out every 7 minutes. Not very welcoming or relaxing. No soft seats in bedroom. Up many stairs with an often-not available lift because people had not shut the two doors probably. A property not suitable for old people. We are mid seventies with 50 stairs to our bedroom at home so we coped fine. Many would not.
The lift! The length of time before lights were switched off automatically.
