This places location was on point! We could easily walk to everything from here! Excellent cafes just outside the door and the elevator was like something out of an old, old movie! Our room was very spacious and had a couch and coffee table too! Views were of the Boboli Palace and they even played movies in the square in the evening while we were there!
The floor in the room did not seem like they had been cleaned at all while we were there, nor prior to when we arrived.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to attractions.
Ours was a very cramped room, inward facing on both sides. Should send codes on text or via booking.com - had an awkward handwriting mishap when trying to use doorcodes later at night.

The stuff was really nice. When we got there, the building was really old and confusing, and the room we got had no air conditioning and was not like the photos. When we explained the stuff t took Tham about 4 hours to fix the air conditioning and only the they later they moved us to a fine room. First night was bad, but the others in the different room were good. The stuff especially were really kind.
