Nice “original” Florentine style and authentic room design. Good location in walking distance to the historic town center.
Breakfast was very rudimentary. No veggie options, very limited choice, and narrow space (eg not enough tables for all guests staying at the hotel)

We were able to walk to many of the museums and high lights in Florence. The laundrette at the end of the street was a big bonus. Breakfast was sufficient and our room was generous in size, the shower was very good and all in all it was extremely romantic.
We are seniors and found climbing the stairs a little difficult. But once we reached the top it was delightful.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and super convenient that it was offered on the property!
I didn’t like that there were no elevators and we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights. Guess if we had smaller suitcases this would not have been an issue! Also we had the hardest time getting transportation from the train station to the hotel so be prepared for that!
