The level of service and hospitality was excellent as was the location. Everything was in easy walking distance and the recommendations provided were superb. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

While visiting Florence, we were looking for a cozy place within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions. We also wanted a balcony with a splendid view where we could enjoy our morning coffee and watch the sunsets. At Residenza Vespucci, we got everything we were hoping for—and more.
Our host made us feel completely at home. Thank you, Francesco, for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely stay at your place again when we return to Florence.

I love this place, just beautiful, cosy and comfortable. The old, historic building is decorated so stylishly as a boutique hotel but in harmony with the original features and fabric of the building. The hosts Francesco and Aurelia were exceptional. Welcoming and helpful. The communal lounge area had a fridge where you can enjoy complimentary beer, prosecco and soft drinks. My room, no. 7 had a balcony with a view of the river Arno, stunning. Location convenient for all attractions and amenities. I hope to return.

The location… close to the river and easily to get around.
I didn’t like my room. It was very small, dark and overly packed with decorative items felt too much … not relaxing .
