Great location, close enough to the main attractions but just outside of the hectic tourist area. Roxi was very friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout. The room had amazingly high ceilings and charming view of street and rooftops.

Federica was exceptional in welcoming us & assisting with our luggage. The rooms are very comfortable, clean & spacious. Location & access to everything was great. Would definitely return.

Staff were friendly and helpful - they gave us some great local recommendations. The location was good, with a few nice wine bars nearby.
We had no running water for 2 out of 4 mornings, which is crucial for Florence in the summer time. The fire alarm also incessantly beeped for a day and a half, making it very difficult to sleep (this was fixed quickly when brought to the staff's attention).
