The palazzo has an excellent location, only 10 minutes on foot from the Gallerie degli Uffizi. There is a nice bar nearby and also some restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they allowed an early check-in and stored our luggare after the check-out. I recommend this place.
The next time we may chose another room, as this one was a little damp, and when we opened the window, quite a lot of noise could be heard from the air-conditioners that are placed in the inner courtyard the room faces. Perhaps if these were replaced, the room would be quiet.

Location was nice, room was clean .
Bed was comfortable . Accommodating for three people.
No onsite checkin service after 7 pm . A little bit stressful co-ordinating check in with more than one person. Room was not the same as was advertised on photo. Noisy at night , as we had elderly person with us. We could hear lift operation and doors closing .
