The lady on the desk was so polite and lovely, giving us advise where to go etc. the room felt so luxurious, we had an amazing time.
It was quite hard to find as it doesn’t look like a hotel however when you did it it’s beautiful inside.

Location was nice, room was clean .
Bed was comfortable . Accommodating for three people.
No onsite checkin service after 7 pm . A little bit stressful co-ordinating check in with more than one person. Room was not the same as was advertised on photo. Noisy at night , as we had elderly person with us. We could hear lift operation and doors closing .
