Very stylish decor and comfortable lounging areas inside and out. Bed was so so comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. 12 check out is really helpful.

Plug by the kettle didn’t work - so had to switch it over My soap dispenser was broken.

Loved the decor, the friendliness, all the trimmings, the functionality and the breakfasts....Just amazing.

Can't say there was anything wrong!!!!

The staff was fantastic. Professional and courteous and beautifully diverse. The balcony to my room was an added though expensive plus.

The breakfast is not worth the money paid for it. The eggs were cold and the buffet was terribly disorganized. There was no explanation provided stating that the breakfast was 24 Euro per person whether you buy a single croissant or a bowl of oatmeal. Unless you include the breakfast in your package it is a complete waste of a meal and money, albeit the artistic ambiance. I also was astounded that I was charged a 50 euro fee to change rooms after being set up in a room that lacked atmosphere, in contrast to the photos shown on Booking.com. The next day at the front desk I overhead a couple being offered a free upgrade for the same room with balcony. Finally, the theme of the hotel based on Dante's Inferno is a novel concept, but walking into an elevator glowing in red and reading "welcome to Hell" is not my idea of a good time. Read the information about the hotel very carefully. I loved the staff, but I would not stay at the 25hours Hotel Florence Piazza hotel again.
