The place, although small, is a great spot for someone making a quick stop or traveling solo short term. It has what you need. A comfy bed, fridge, balcony, clean bathroom and shower with good water pressure. It is very easy to check in and out. Very close walking distance to Santa Maria Novella train station even with a heavy bag. It has an elevator. The host was very friendly and helpful, they offered to keep my bag for a couple hours after check out. I would recommend.

Location
Beds firm
Place clean
Water for shower was consistently at the temperature required
Understood courtyard view but actually an opposite wall - so no view at all
Noisy at times but understand large doors and structure of building
Stays in Italy before have included towel and bedding change but not provided

The apartment was amazing! Very Italian. Great location. Wine on the table when we arrived which was a lovely touch!
Nothing, it was fab.

Good location. Staff has responded to my messages quickly.
The apartment is much darker than I expected. It has a single window in one room. The second bedroom is not more than the entrance area and the persons sleeping there have to go through the main bedroom to reach the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has no window. The second bedroom has no window. The apartment requires self-checkin through an obscure website that require communication around Booking's platform.
