    Very nice 100m from the train station. Staff were helpful, A/cond struggled to get below 24c on a warm evening. Overall I would stay again.

    We arrived at noon and came back at 2:30 waiting at the lobby for the room checking in at 3pm. However, the staff kept saying they were checking on the room but they didn’t give the feedback to us until we asked again.. it kept going this way for a few times and eventually the room was ready at 10 minutes past 3pm. We didn’t hear any staff apologies for it. We strongly feel the hotel staff does not act in a professional manner while hotel were unable to make our room ready on time. We never want to go back this hotel again!!!
