The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The location is perfect; right by the Oldest Pharmacy, the train station, not too far from the Dome, and is nearby great restaurants, bars, and gelato shops. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, bright, and very clean.
Nothing was ever wrong, our stay came out perfectly.

The hotel is in a very convenient location – just a 5-minute walk from the station and around 12 minutes from Piazza del Duomo. While there aren’t many nice restaurants immediately nearby, there are plenty of good options within a 10–15 minute stroll.
We booked what was advertised as a junior suite, but it felt more like a family room for three, and the soundproofing was limited, so it could be quite noisy at times. That said, the property does have a lot of old-world charm.
Breakfast was fairly limited unless you enjoy cake in the morning. On the plus side, the inside terrace was a lovely spot for an evening drink, and the pool table was a nice touch. We didn’t try the spa during our stay.
Overall, we had a good experience, but it felt more like a 3-star stay rather than the 4-star rating advertised.
