Almost everything was exceptional. Walking distance to the tram in 5 min. Best way to get downtown from the Airport. Pretty much within 10 min walk from anyplace you want to go. Also they have an agreement with a garage if you need to park a car. There are rental cars at the train station 5 min away so its best to just get a day rental when you need it.
The cleaning staff removed the soap dispenser from my room the last day. I presume to refill it. But they never put it back. Also I had 3 bottles of water I had purchased in the mini fridge. They removed them and threw them out. The shower was way too small. I kept bumping the water making it too hot, too cold, or shut off by accident. Also the doors didnt seal right so we got water all over the place.

Nice decoration and great location
We booked a standard room for 3 nights. When we arrived we were given a very small room (about 10m2) with low ceiling, tiny bathroom and a G on the door instead of a number. The next morning we asked for a change because we couldn’t stay there. The staff didn’t look surprised and they changed the room (we would have left if they didn’t). The new room (no 221) was fine (see photos of the two rooms). The breakfast was very good and the staff very polite.
