They wouldn’t come and clean the bedroom during our stay.

Clean room and updated bathroom (small). It was in a good location to walk to various restaurants and main attractions. Only one flight of stairs.
You need to pick up the keys at a nearby hotel. That was fine, but the apartment was several blocks away so you had to take your bags there yourself. The communication was the hotel was across the street from the apt so that is not the case. Finding it was not very clear as well. I thought there may have been a sign on the door or something but just the name tag used for residences living in the building (1inch X 3 inch name tag). Took time to figure that out and it was quite annoying. also, you need to return the keys to the hotel.

Dovrebbero provvedere in modo diverso.
