Good location and service

Location was very good, right in the piazza smn. There's an underground passageway nearby to the Smn station. Duomo is nearby too. Concierge was extremely helpful, he gave us helpful tips and an annotated map of Florence. Room was felt more spacious than described. There was a magnifying mirror in the toilet which I didn't expect. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Super hotel - perfectly located

Lovely property located in a fantastic position - allowing very easy access to to the main sights, railway station and tram ( for the airport ) we were upgraded to a very large suite and the staff could not have been more helpful

Fantastic facilities and location for a holiday stay

This hotel provides a total experience! The location is perfect right on Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is a short walk to the train station, to Cattedrale di Santa Maria dell Fiore, to Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants. Laundrette facilities are a short walk away. The facilities in this hotel are second to none, restful and relaxing lounges, bar for aperitivo, dining room for breakfast to name a few. The rooms are extremely well appointed with a good shower, large comfortable bed and a street view out the window. The building has a lift and security guards at the front. Would definitely come back here.

Great location, don’t book a single if a restless sleeper!

Location of the hotel is amazing, on Santa Maria Novella piazza, so close to the main train station. Amazing gelato just near the hotel. Room small, as a single, but very functional. Toiletries were Grown Alchemist (Aussie brand). Breakfast included in my room rate with bottled water daily too.

My single room had the head of the bed about 15cm from anything. So if you’re a restless sleeper, this won’t work for you, your pillow will be on the floor! Even for me it was just really annoying. But I Could deal.

Classy, elegant, just perfect hotel

Incredible staff that went way out of their way to be helpful. Right on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and yet set back a tad so it feels private. Luxurious and spacious room. Delightful breakfast with incredible view of the church on SMN

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly located to the centre of Florence. Very close to the station. The ambience is wonderful with the history and clocks , deep cosy sofas and really friendly staff. The rooms are really beautiful, clean and comfy.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location, sadly lacking any customer skills

The location was perfect to explore Florence and the room was comfortable.

The Reception staff weren’t pleasant and didn’t smile or show any interest in the us as guests. The breakfast was nice but often ran out of cutlery and certain food products.

Fabulous hotel, very kind staff.

The hotel staff were wonderful and the room amazing. They really looked after us. Would definitely stay here again if revisiting Florence.

Mostly our own fault but if driving to the hotel, it is very confusing to find the hotel. But again, that is largely due to our lack of knowledge of Florence’s restricted zone.

Excellent!

Hotel was awesome. Perfect location. Everything in a walkable direction. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great with great views. Staff was extremely friendly. They offered info on places to see, things to do, places to eat and even offered to make reservations for us if we wanted. They even had umbrellas for us on one of the rainy days. Loved it!

Exceptional

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It's a walking distance from the train station, Duomo, Uffizzi, and all shopping areas. It's right on the piazza Santa Maria Novella. We traveled with two kids and had two adjacent rooms with very comfortable beds, linens, marble bathrooms, beautiful cabinetry. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!
