-Great Location close to Firenze Santa Maria station -Front Desk staff was warm and welcoming -Clean,Twice daily room service including a turn down service when requested
-Not very disabled friendly.Multiple staircases to navigate to get to rooms -Limited breakfast options.

Breakfast was nice. Location good.
Paid for an upgraded room & it was still tiny. We could barely fit our luggage in the room. Had to move luggage around just to get out of bed. Room was stuffy. I was disappointed with the vibe of hotel, was glad we were only there 2 nights.
