First I liked the location in Santa Maria Novella (in the center). The hotel is so nice, luxurious and elegant. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and nice. The breakfast is good and delicious and so many varieties. I would definitely come back.

Location ideal for the train station and tram to the airport and also a few minutes walk from the historic centre of the city
Room facilities were not great, no tea/coffee making equipment.
Breakfast was good, but tea/coffee only available to order, we prefer to help ourselves

The location and the decor of public spaces. Also the restaurant was good, especially the staff.
The rooms for one person were disappointing. Too basic for the hefty price one paid.
