The apartment is close to the train station Santa Maria Novella and the historic city centre. The access was easy, the room was clean and well equipped.

Traditional, luxurious feeling located ideally for city strolling.
Parking availability is misguided as you need to rent a space for ca €30 per day. Although windows were sealed, they’re old and it was extremely noisy during the night, so sleep was unpleasant and constantly disturbed. The bathroom, although roomy it wasn’t in great condition, and the toilet wouldn’t discharge.

"The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Also the location and overall the place were beautiful. There’s a carefour nearby, restaurants, cafes, everything you need. The room was beautiful"
