The location is very good, close to the metro station and everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, our room was available earlier and the last day we could store our luggage.
Everything was clean with a good bathroom. The bed was a little hard, but that's personal preference. It was nice there was a fridge in the room to store cool drinks and an air-conditioning was also in the roomb
Overall a very nice stay, good location in a beautiful city.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. My partner and I had a nice one and my parents gor a very big one that was just gorgeous. The hotel is located in a convenient part of town so most things can be walked to. We sadly only stayed one night but i would definitely stay again if im ever in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was very close to train station, which worked perfectly for a late arrival into the city. Area was quiet. Room was a bit more sparse than anticipated, but it worked for a short stay.

Clean and comfortable stay close to the train station but felt completely safe. Walking distance to the major sites. Would definitely stay here again.
