We stayed here for our honeymoon! The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. This spot was very clean provided all the toiletries you’d need. They also had a laundry service that we would have use except we were only there for one night! Wish we had booked more time here! Our Vespa tour ended up getting delayed due to rain and the staff were so fast to reply when I was worried about the later check in time :) We had a beautiful view and the bed was HUGE! Also we had to catch the train in the morning at it was a 3min walk to the station! Perfect :)
My husband found it a little noisy due to the location but I brought my ear plugs and had no problem falling asleep. The other thing is you need your room key to “power” the room so we left for dinner thinking my headphones would be charging when we were gone but that was not the case.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent and the location was great.
Sadly this hotel doesn't reach the quality you expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was very simple and the AC was loud and didn't cool the room. Every space was narrow and the entrance hall from the street smelled sewer. The shower was really bad as well.
