Elena was a wonderful host. The accommodations are on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. Room was clean and comfortable, and a breakfast was put out each morning, including juice, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and more. Elena even put out breakfast items for us the night before we checked out since we were leaving very early. The location can't be beat.... just steps from the Duomo and many restaurants and shops. An added bonus was the assistant host, her dog Aria 😊. Adorable and friendly!
Really nothing to complain about! We'd stay there again.

Personally, I think maybe the host did not like Asian because sometime host did not friendly.
