A well located hotel in a quiet street. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful in contrast to some earlier reviews. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the food at dinner also looked good although we mostly went out. The Metro is reasonably close as well the Spanish Steps and premium shopping
Steep steps up to reception which would be an issue for some.

Excellent location and great breakfast
Much water noise from the air conditioning, the room had stair between the bathroom and bed.

Wonderful location, close to train station (but not too close), many nice restaurants near proximity, great service from staff. Clean room, well kept. Quiet. Excellent breakfast included in stay. Would highly recommend!
Nothing all good

The hotel is centrally located. It was close to the train station and the Duomo and cathedral. The breakfast had lots of options. I also liked that they offered umbrellas to the guests as it was needed for a couple of the days that I stayed there. The staff were very nice and attentive. The room was clean and the bathroom and room were a good size.
The worst part about the stay is that the doors (in the dependance) tend to slam closed whenever you enter or exit the room. So whenever any of my neighbors left or returned to their room the door would slam and wake me up. The only other thing i should say is the cappuccino machine does not make good coffee and it's always cold.
