    Near florence station, spaceous room, clean & very helpful staff at reception & during breakfast. Only downside is that there is no lift.

    Small room. Squeezed for 4 people with 4 luggages but we still managed to find space for our luggages, walk and still comfortable. Shower was great. The down side is there is no elevator. Fortunately we only need to climb one level up. Location of hotel is the greatest advantage. Short walking distance to Firenze SMN station and bus terminal. Breakfast was simple with crossaints, cereal, cheese and yogurt. No ham. The coffee lady was grumpy every morning that did not start our day well while the rest of the staffs at the reception were all friendly.

    No fridge, no tissue paper, the water flow from the shower is too low like dripping.
