It is in the middle of the town center very close to everything. The view on the pictures does not even come close to depict the actual view of the duomo. It is 1000 times better in person!! The instructions to get into the hotel were clear and concise and to be honest, the fact that there isn’t anyone on staff there all the time was a plus for me. Very smooth and easy check in process. Everything about this hotel is great and I recommend anyone coming to Florence to stay here

Great Location! Walkable from train station.

Too small! It took us a bit to figure out the air conditioner. The towels were so rough.

The room was very comfortable. The sauna was gorgeous, overlooking Florence.
I would remove the heart from the balcony as it obstructed the view.

Can't miss view from the roof. Close to the railway.
Pillows. No bathroom shelf. Short on space. Staff only on site between 8am and 1 pm. Couldn't get wifi to work.
