    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! They also help with my bicyle storage thanks so much

    Our room was clean & comfortable and had a beautiful view from the balcony . The desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the hotel is clean & in a fabulous location, a few minutes from the main train station and within easy walking distance of all of the major attractions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again .

    It was my first time in Florence and I was visiting solo, and Hotel Machiavelli Palace was a great spot. Really close to the train station and also to multiple pedestrian streets full of great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious. The rooftop bar was an excellent resource, reasonably priced with great staff who really made my trip. As a solo traveller, it was great to be able to use the rooftop bar and not have to leave the hotel too much after dark. My only feedback for the hotel would be that their listing is slightly misleading, with 'amenties' for the entire hotel listing balcony when not all rooms have one, and the photos for a double/twin room showing a balcony, whereas my room did not have one. The rooms are also not very soundproofed and I could hear a party happening several rooms away - not too much of an issue, but something to improve for the future. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

    Staff was very rude that old man at the reception he was badly rude with us and not even greeted us behaving like a arrogant rude french…day after there was another guy at the reception he was nice to us guided us as we were new in the city Room was very compact small but as we arrived early they provided early check in but in the different room… only after our request they gave the room… but very small Location was just okay not good If your first time visitor in paris i would recommend to stay near the Eiffel tower 7th or 15th much better
