The staff were fast to respond to messages and helpful in giving information about the property as well as the city. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. The location is fantastic. An easy walk from the train station and close to the heart of Florence. For us the breakfast was perfect, simple but so fresh and delicious. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay and for all your help in navigating the city.
