As good as our unit was, once off the European elevator , entrance right there however did have to go up one flight of stairs

I was very lucky to find this place at the last minute. There's a reason why it's almost never available. The hosts were lovely and professional. When I wanted to drop my bag off so I could explore the city before checking in, Stefano kindly let me check in early at no extra charge since my room was ready. The breakfast was also very good and you have several options to choose from. Definitely worth the money considering the quality and portion sizes. I also recommend eating it outside on the terrace as you get a lovely view.

The staff was very friendly

1. This place is close to the train station, the part of the town that looked not very safe, particularly if you are as solo traveler, I was not comfortable walking late to the place. 2. The place located in a building on the second floor: looks like the owner renovated the apartments, it felt like being in a student dorms, clean, very small rooms, no storing area, hangers in the coned of the room. 3. Breakfast was ok, not great. 4. I canceled my booking after the first night (had it for total 3 nights) and move to other hotel, of course did not get any refunds.
