Great place for getting off train from main train station and moving bags quick. Nice breakfast served in room. Not luxury, but if you are looking for a central place to crash in Florence this is it.

Was difficult to find unless great at using phone . Description didn't show the entrance and how uninviting it looks Room was really small Views from room uninviting with building work and maintenance going on My separate bathroom was right along the corridor through a shared social coffee making area

Location was good , had a balcony too. Easy to check in and we were early but our room was ready.
The shower had mould in , which could easily be cleaned with a bit of bleach, the toilet flush was a bit hit and miss, the plug sockets either side of the bed need updating as we couldn’t fit plugs in them (not just our plugs but the provided kettle plug).
