    I had a fantastic stay at Albani Firenze. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way. The room was excellent. I would book again if I were returning to Florence.

    Location is just corner and nearby to the train station, good for us especially we have huge luggages, nice hotel with grand decorations and nice buffet breakfast spread one can find! and also walking distance to tourist attractions and the market. Love to go back to this hotel

    Hotel Albani Firenze is conveniently located near the train station—about a 10–15-minute walk with large suitcases. Our room was ready when we arrived, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. On the first evening, there was an extremely loud fan-like noise coming from the ceiling. We wanted to go to bed early, so we contacted the front desk. We were told the noise would stop at 10 p.m. and that no other rooms were available until the following morning. At 10:10 p.m., the noise was still continuing, so we contacted the front desk again. A staff member came to our room, checked the noise, and said they would get back to us. The noise finally stopped around 10:30 p.m., but we never received any follow-up. We were finally able to try to sleep, although a loud sound of running water remained. The following day, we returned to the hotel for a rest after sightseeing in the morning. It had been raining heavily, and when we entered our room, water was dripping from the ceiling. Several staff members came in and out to inspect the problem, but nobody apologized or explained what would happen next. When we asked, we were simply told to wait. About 40 minutes later, the front desk called and told us to pack our belongings so we could move to another room. We appreciated being moved to a deluxe room. However, there was still no apology—not when we reported the leak, not when we changed rooms, and not even at checkout. Breakfast was also disappointing. The breakfast area was noisy, and the service seemed poorly organized. Staff appeared to struggle to keep things running smoothly, and we spent much of our time waiting. It was not a relaxing start to the day. I understand that maintenance problems can happen. What disappointed us most was how the hotel handled them. After a disrupted night and a ceiling leak that forced us to pack and move during our stay, a sincere apology and clear communication would have made a significant difference. A room upgrade alone did not make up for the inconvenience or the lack of care we felt as guests.
