Hotel Angelica Firenze

I have stayed at hotels in many parts of Europe, but I have never left a hotel feeling this satisfied. I would like to start my review with Maria at the front desk. She welcomed us so warmly and with a genuine smile. She also made a wonderful gesture for my wife's birthday, for which we are truly grateful. We were extremely pleased with her hospitality; everyone would be lucky to have an employee like Maria—she is an absolute lady. Aside from that, the hotel’s location is right next to the central train station—just a 2-3 minute walk. It is also within walking distance of historical sites and major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Furthermore, the breakfast exceeded my expectations by far; it was of very high quality, and we loved it. All in all, this is easily one of the best value-for-money hotels I have ever stayed at. Whenever I return to Florence, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to everyone!

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel; I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

Staff is so kind and the location is amazing with all the historic sites close to the hotel

Had some issues with the hot water the first day, but resolved after.

Breakfast was best of our trip, Hostess was extremely helpful and courteous, located very close to train station and many amenities within a short distance from hotel. Elevator!

Florence is very difficult to drive in - narrow roads & tons of traffic - very busy. One way roads take you 8 km to go 3 blocks! Drop rental car at airport, not downtown! Take the train!

The host Maria was wonderful, very informative and always pleasant. Very convenient location as well. The breakfast was amazing!

Extremely small shower!!
