I Recommend and would stay there again.

- it is close to Santa Maria Novella Train Station - It was quiet, clean, good shower, bed was comfortable - Reception was friendly and efficient - Breakfast was nice - Close to main attractions, by walking - Restaurants nearby - There is an elevator, it is old but functional -There was availability for 4 people in a room.

-Room is small for 4 people, but we managed to be organized to stay there.

perfect for traon travelers

Kindness of the staff is over the top. We have a situation that we needed additional bed, so they arranged that with no problem.Place was spotless. Breakfast is excellent, also gluten free option was available and they made eggs separately just for our coeliac friend. Location is across the main train station and near all important places. They allowed us to leave our baggage in the hotel on the last day, so we careless about our belongings.

No such thing, excellent value for money.

The location was so convenient! Close to everything and right next to the train station… great if not renting a car. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Also - we had a room to fit our family of 5. Hard to find! It had a bunk, twin and queen bed. We were able to store our bags in the hotel before our train ride out of town.

The location is perfect!! Very close to the train station and very quiet. Price is very very reasonable. Breakfast is included and they had good spread including eggs. Stafff is excellent and are very helpful. They also answered all my questions prior to the stay. The front desk is now available until 11:00 pm, they keep the luggage for free.

The quadruple room was small for a family of 4. Bathroom was also cramped.

A Place Made Special by Its People

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, made truly special by its personnel! The reception staff were very kind, friendly, responsive, and professional. And the housekeeper was exceptional - warm, discreet, and made us feel genuinely at home. We almost felt unworthy of such thoughtful care. We absolutely recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation.

We arrived late, after 00.00 and first we suppose to go to another hotel to get the keys and after 00.00 it suppose to be in the reception and waiting for me…but we didn’t have the keys, eventually we got them but you know after long traveling you just want to go to sleep..

Terrible checkin service

Overall the room and the actual apartment was good, for a family of 5 it was spacious enough for two nights, and the location was impecible.

However, in terms of the checkin process it was terrible. The hotel runs in combination of 3 hotels, and the checkin for Lilium closes at 5:00pm. Since we arrived after this time, we were told to check in at another hotel, (the Annabelle Hotel). This arrangement was terrible, we were running up and down the street late at night with all our luggage trying to find the Annabelle Hotel to find that the door was locked, we tried contacting the number provided, nobody picked up after 5 calls. Furthermore, tried from our journey we were stranded on the street no way to get into the building, then thankfully someone came after an hour of waiting in the street. The man that helped us was very nice and kind, however terrible checkin process. Do not reccomend staying here if you are with a family.

3 minute walk from main station close to walk to all main attractions in Florence and extremely friendly. best breakfast!! extended our stay and they made us extra early breakfast to take with us on our journey.
