The communication from the owner from the beginning was great! All the information that I needed to check in was provided. Photos and specific details. The apartment had everything you can need. The balcony outside the kitchen was wonderful. The air conditioning was exactly what we needed after the hot days of sightseeing. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were immaculate. The location of the apartment is central to everything and has great restaurants right outside the door. One of the best things the owner provides is a lock box for your luggage. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure place and not have to worry about storing our luggage with the masses. I highly recommend this incredible property and will be using them again in the future!

Absolutely nothing!

Location was great for access to train station and was safe and secure. Comfortable for a family, helpful staff.

Lift was extremely slow.

Fantastic Air Conditioning even in the heat wave it was super cold with two wall units for the large space. The apartment was well maintained and with nice kitchen and great shower.

This could for some people be a positive, however for me the foam mattresses were a little firm. All three mattresses (both the large super king and the two single beds on the loft space up the stairs) were new and of the same make and seemed good quality. It was also helped a little by sprung slat bases on all three beds however the foam itself is best suited to those that like a firm feel.
