    This is a good place in Florence , I was impressef with the room , old strucure but modern amenities, the room with jacuzzi is the best . A lot of water and coffee machine available

    Wonderful property. 5 min to train station and 5 min to Duomo. Rooms have view of a beautiful chapel next door. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast as well.

    Will stay here again Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the city Rooms are comfortable and clean Location is perfect short walk to major historical sites and streets lined with restaraunts

    The hotel location was our favourite part of it, but for the price, it really was disappointing. The lift is really small and slow, which can be a bit claustrophobic. Inside the room, it really felt barren - no kettle, no ironing board, no cups, and even the blankets we had to fetch ourselves, which was really bizarre. Once we asked the staff, they provided everything except the cups, which they could only offer paper.
