Great location, walking length for all attractions,
clean and fresh.
Didn’t like the 3 floor stairs after a full day of walking in the heat, but then again I knew there was not an elevator when I booked the room.
Water pressure in the shower for the cold water was way too low to make it comfortable.

It was close to the centre. The bed was comfortable
In July it was too hot to use the rooftop terrace. Some shading might have been nice.

Excellent location in Florence and within walking distance to main attractions. Simple yet clean room. Easy to check in and staff were responsive.
Can smell the drains in the toilet (every night, not just once). We had to ensure the door was closed at all times.
