The hotel's location is perfect — right on the square, just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station and the airport tram stop, with a supermarket nearby.
The interior has a vintage feel, but the furniture is far from worn out, everything is clean and well-maintained. Good size of the room, spacious enough. There were two armchairs, mini bar, blackout shutters and reliable Wi-Fi in the room. It was warm in the room in February.
The breakfast was a delight with a good selection of pastries, omelets, ham, and fruit.
The biggest downside is the bathroom: it only has a rainfall showerhead without a flexible hose, making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. The hairdryer is very old and underpowered.
There is no tea kettle in the room.
It can be noisy at night with the window open, and since the windows are placed high, it’s difficult to enjoy the view of the square if you are not tall.
The room key comes with a very heavy and inconvenient keychain.

A beautiful hotel in a great location and we had a huge room with a lovely view - could see the top of the Duomo from 4th Floor. Everything was great - they provided amazing free toiletries including shaving kits, toothbrush kits, hand lotions, hair and body washes! But no tea or coffee facilities! The breakfast was delicious and good variety. The lounge was amazing to relax in and have a drink. Perfectly located close to the train and a short walk to main centre and the river and lots of amazing restaurants!! A fabulous place to stay!

Rooms old and noise from neighbors bathroom, breakfast buffet had old food and there was a fly in there, very small room to sit, at some times there is no where to sit. The only 4 star hotel with no coffee/tea maker. In general felt too expensive for what you get
