The hotel was conveniently located and walkable to all sites we wanted to see in Florence. It was nice to have an elevator with the luggage. There was filtered water available. Breakfast was simple but good.
The beds were too firm for all of us.

The location was great, close to the train station, lots of sites, and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent! Our room worked well for the three of us.
The shower was a bit small.
