Mario was a wonderful host. He guided us on where to affordably dine well as well as places to get some supplies (especially water). His store makes excellent sandwiches, which we enjoyed each day. Also, he guided us to a nearby laundromat for our washing and drying needs. This property is centrally located to all the main sites as well as many great restos and amenities.
We have no complaints.

Mario was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. He gave us many useful local tips and was always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence and would happily stay here again.

Location was very walkable to anything you wanted to see or do. The host is lovely and accomodating. The space had a private bedroom and bath, kitchen and a sitting area with a pull out couch.
The only thing to note is the a/c unit is in the back bedroom. If you have someone sleeping on the pull out couch it gets a little toasty in that area. That's the only thing that makes it a 9 instead of a 10.

Location was great. Very walkable to train station, and most museums, and attractions.
A/C was broken and closed off from some sleeping areas. The large area in the pictures is a shared area with other travelers, and that A/C unit (big deal!) and TV (not a big deal). They had been broken for 2 weeks prior, enough time to either get it repaired or inform guests that it is not working.
