Easy 10 min walk from railway station. Friendly staff, clear instructions in case of late checking in. In a minor side street, very quiet. Room with modern furniture, well maintained. I plan to stay here again next time when in Firenza.

We stayed for 1 night. It seems that this hotel is in fact flats converted to be a Hotel. Which is often the case in Italy.
Furniture is basic but it was completely new and clean. Bathroom was also completely new and very clean.
Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location is 10/10.
I stayed with wife and son and I can recommend it for short stay for travelers that don't expect luxuyry but want clean and pleasant room on great location.

This hotel is pretty close to the train station. Friendly staff and cleanness would make me come again. They have many steps to go to each floor and don't have elevator, so anyone has an issue of climbing the steps, just check it out.
