I almost misses my flight because it took them 30 minutes to give me the invoice during check out althpugh everything was prepaid. And the taxi they called came 20 minutes later instead of 5 min ( that is what I was called) one of the staff at the reception was incompitent unfortunately

Location was excellent for our planned activities and getting to and from the train station. Breakfast meal was good and we liked that the queen size bed did not have the split down the middle like most European rooms.
Walls are paper thin. We were woken up every night by fellow guests coming in at 3 am or the guest above us walking on their floors.
Rooftop Terrace and the room was underwhelming in our opinion. We expected more based on the amazing photos the hotel has on their page.
