Nice location and large room but a few hiccups

The size of the room which was very large and the zen decor, the comfortable sofa, the fresco painted ceiling (see photo) The walk on a balcony on the side of an small inside courtyard to get to the room is different, but it could be less pleasant getting outside to get to the room when it is cold. The small bathroom is nice and modern. The breakfast buffet has plenty of almost everything you might want. Even if the eating space seems large it could be crowded. The staff is very efficient to update the buffet and cleaning the tables. There is also prosecco available.

The entrance on the street isn’t the real entrance, you have to carry the luggage through an open courtyard to finally get to the hotel entrance and the front desk. Nobody to help for luggage at the street entrance. The walk (almost a winding path) to the only old slow elevator which is really not friendly. The door of the bathroom didn’t close properly. The last day the cleaning team did the bed but put only half of the face towels, didn’t take away the trash and clean the coffee cups, didn’t leave drinking water, we could live with it the last evening but the next morning we realized that only the same latte coffee was left, no espresso, and we realized there was no more soap in the shower. In the breakfast room there was only one coffee machine and the line could be long to get the coffee, not fun also if you are stuck in the few tables in that small area. After looking at the exit path in case of fire we realized that the exit was on the other side of the courtyard and if there was a fire we might not make it since our room was at the other end of the exit.

The city is beautiful, it looks like a dream, and the hotel is a great choice.

Location, the room size, and the supportive staff. Specifically Mr. Salah, supported me a lot during my stay, specially in setting the car valet.

There is only one complementary bottle of water when you check in, however the staff is supportive

Clean, great location, stellar breakfast, even helped us with an on the go breakfast when we had an early excursion. They arranged taxis a couple times.

The chicken nuggets and burger on the room service menu were not good at all.

A lovely stay on the Arno River in Florence!

We stayed for 5 nights in a suite room with river view. The room was perfect allowing us to spread out and relax. You can't beat the location central to all the main attractions. The breakfast was very good offering a wide variety of choices all of good quality. The staff was friendly and attentive even offering umbrellas when needed. I would definitely return to this hotel. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Relaxing Italian Getaway

Our room was exceptional! Beautiful view of the river and so comfortable. It was walkable to the entire city while being quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. We would highly recommend to anyone and come back in a heartbeat!

The only aspect of the hotel that was just ok was the terrace, but with the view and comfort of our room we really didn’t need to utilize it.

Excellent location - 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and central for everything else. Nice breeze at the front facing the Arno too! Wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

We loved the location, the amazing breakfast and the staff. We also lucked out and had a terrace attached to our room over the garden patio so that was a special bonus. Rain in the forecast? Ask the front desk for an umbrella. Saved us!

The hotel hallway walls and carpet could use a refresh. Also room doors are very loud when closing. No way around it. Felt sorry for our neighbors when we had early transportation to catch.

Location was fantastic. Able to walk everywhere on both sides the river. Breakfast was included with our room which is downstairs in the restaurant. The bar on site allowed drinks to be taken up to the room or the rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

Location was excellent for our planned activities and getting to and from the train station. Breakfast meal was good and we liked that the queen size bed did not have the split down the middle like most European rooms.

Walls are paper thin. We were woken up every night by fellow guests coming in at 3 am or the guest above us walking on their floors. Rooftop Terrace and the room was underwhelming in our opinion. We expected more based on the amazing photos the hotel has on their page.

Only 2 things I feel I should mention; 1) Rooms/ bathrooms needs some hooks. Nowhere to hang your "stuff". Visited end of March which definitely is NOT winter, autumn with many warmer days.. and the heaters were always full blast.. did not like that.

Must stay in Florence

Super convenient location close to all the luxury stores, laundromat, great restaurants. It is really a gem of a hotel. This hotel made our Florence stay so enjoyable. The staff also were friendly and helpful. One night I found out that the sheets had stains in them and looked unclean but the hotel staff changed them in no time and were really apologetic. There was also complimentary bottled water which we really appreciated. The water pressure in the shower room was excellent, and the lighting was super cool. I liked how there's two sinks for two people. The room was spacious and everything was so well thought out. It's one of the best hotels we stayed in in Italy - also in comparison to a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend anyone to stay when visiting Florence.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the personnel there is helpful and welcoming.

It is said that they have a parking that for me means it is for free, but the parking is actually 30-35 euro per day, depending on the size of the car. Plus there is no mirror in the room for the except of the bathroom

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

The location is excellent - right next to the Ponte Santa Trinita. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was made up every day, and all towels, toiletries and refreshments were topped up.
