    Excellent location. Duomo is 250 meters away, Uffizi gallery 350 meters away. One minor inconvenience was that you have to carry your bags up the stairs before you get to the lift. With large bags it was a bit of a hassle. Stay was good overall. Recommended.

    Great location in the middle of fashion and the sites. Hotel had beautifully decorated rooms with chandeliers and cornices to match the renaissance.

    Only wish there were seats provided on small balcony area off of the reception area to smoke.

    We mistakenly booked a double room for one occupant but traveled with two. Despite this, the hotel charged us an extra €60 per night (originally €70). This was frustrating because the room price does not change based on the number of occupants. Additionally, the cleaning service was below standard. Overall, these issues affected our stay negatively.
