We used the cooking facilities and had breakfast on the terrace, where I proposed! The backdrop/view of The Duomo was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day with a glass of wine. We had dinner in one of the restaurants in the Piazza, which is literally outside. A perfect location to explore Florence as everything is a stones throw away.

The central location was great. The bed was comfortable.
No cleaning was provided unless you paid and I would expect for a 5 night stay a cleaner would come to sweep & remove rubbish. The dishwasher did not work & was dirty. The shower/jacuzzi was style over substance. The property is looking tired it could do with a refresh. Oh 2 toilet rolls for 5 nights is mean. The reception has nothing to do with the property.
