Great location, right in the heart of Florence opposite Cathedral of Santa Maria. Comfortable rooms. Different room configurations are available. Room cleaning everyday.
It’s a smaller older property. The property manager is not on site all the time but is reachable via phone. The property is in a restricted area where vehicles are not allowed. Larger buildings groups worth more luggage it can be an issue. For individuals with light luggage probably ok to walk a few minutes to area where taxi can come. In one of the suite rooms AC was not working well and during the hight temps going into 90s the room was not very comfortable.
