Very central and very cheap. It isn’t a hotel experience but I’m someone who doesn’t need that. Emphasis on instructions of how to access this suite needs to be highly emphasized. I spent an hour in the heat trying to figure out how to get in. Because this isn’t a hotel. So pay attention to the instructions they sent you. They also need to be more detailed with their instructions. I let another couple who ran into the same issue while trying to open the door.

AC broke 2 of the 6 days I was there. Florence was already hot and the rooms got even hotter than outside. I couldn’t sleep for those 2 days. Instructions to get into your building just needs to be more emphasized especially with the drastically short period with which you have to open the door once you enter the code. Internet is pretty bad there, but that’s more of a Florence issue than it is a building issue.

The location of the hotel is really good. The room is very clean. The bathroom is huge. There is a common kitchen which you can use.

First of all, there is nobody to ask if you arrive in the evening so they send you instruction on how to get into the room thru email. There is a detailed instruction to get to the hotel and get to the room. Lots of code or passwords to remember to get to the room. In short, it is not easy to get to your room. The lift was not working so we have to use the stairs( dark and old ) to get to the floor assigned. It took us almost an hr just to play with codes to get to the room and we couldn't call the landlord or call reception because It was after 6pm. Very unhelpful. We almost gave up! But for some reason we put the code and push the door at the same time and viola it opened up. They should tell their future customers about this otherwise,there will be more victims:D .Since the location of the hotel is very close to Duomo ,then, parking is impossible but since we took a taxi so this was not an issue. U cannot request for new towels and amenities without paying additional fee. For example, if you want new towels, they charge you for it. If you ask them to clean the room, they charge you for it too. So ,we didn't ask anything new than what's already in there and didn't ask them to clean the room. But,we were surprised that they make the bed and collect the garbage anyway so yes we liked that. There is an additional fee for every night you stay in the hotel ( apart from what you paid during booking.).
